Designed by Office 25 Architects, the residence was built on an elevated position that benefits from breathtaking views of the city of Thessaloniki and the majestic Mount Olympus itself. The layout of the building  is not very complicated as it involves just 2 geometrical volumes. The materials used in the construction process include cast-iron and concrete for the most part, but thanks to the convenient use of natural textures and colors, the residence blends seamlessly into its encircling environment.
Outdoor amenities include a swimming pool and several lounging areas, while the interior convenience list comprises large, comfortable sofas and bets, flat screen TVs, floor-to-ceiling windows and state-of-the-art appliances.
