The house includes solar panels and is strategically oriented in order to take maximum advantage of the natural heat and the solar energy. It also features two staggered elements located on the northeast side: the porch and the housing space.

The structure of the house includes portant walls made from bricks, with pores, of 38 cm, an important part of it being also the attics, which is made of tiles and concrete with riddles in reinforced concrete. All the windows of the residence are in plywood with low emissive glass and gas argon.
