Located in Mexico City, Mexico, House La Punta is a fabulous contemporary home designed by Central De Arquitectura, a design studio in Mexico. You can find it in the western side of the city, in Bosques de las Lomas, with a northeast orientation towards the street.
Two rectangular prisms make up this remarkable residence, and they are set one upon the other to form an L shape. The semi-public spaces are housed on the floor level, and they include the family room, the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, and a patio dedicated to alfresco dining.
On the first level there is a living room, a studio, and four bedrooms: a king-size bedroom, another one with private dresser and bathroom, and two more with en-suite baths. The residence also has a third level – the basement – which used as a garage.
