Completed this year (2012), the beautiful Wentworth Rd House is a contemporary project by Edward Szewczyk Architects. It is located in Vaucluse, Sydney, Australia and boasts amazing views towards Sydney Harbor. It is situated on the sunny side of the street, which makes it even more appealing than it already is.

This is a three-story residence with roof terrace and an architecture that is not exactly common in the area: it has some outdoor spaces in the street frontage and above it, while other properties seem to prefer seclusion behind tall fences.

Another feature that we really like is the beautiful back garden, where an old gum tree dominates the landscape, contributing to beautiful views from the ground floor family area. Also from this space, the horizon and the harbor are clearly visible, so the viewer can choose to admire the birds in the tree, or the clouds in the distance. This is a truly wonderful place to live in.
