As its name suggests, the Parkark residence can be found in close proximity to a beautiful park in Utrecht, The Netherlands and boasts a remarkable ark-inspired design that is highly practical and quite breathtaking to observe at the same time.
As per the owner’s request, the residence provides the unique experience of living and floating on water at all times, and even though it was built in a rather busy area of the city, it ensures utmost privacy as well as fantastic views of its surroundings. The interior arrangements of this lovely home are in perfect sync with modern day requirements regarding comfort and luxury, but it features a rather minimalistic style overall with crisp white walls, hardwood floors and tasteful décor elements.
Naturally, building such a remarkable home in such a unique location was not an easy task for the architects in charge, but the result is undoubtedly a superb addition to the city of Utrecht and a perfect place to come home to indeed.
