Haus Hainbach is a project completed by the MOOSMANN architects in 2012. It is located in Vienna, Austria and the entire property is surrounded by greenery and trees. There is a lot of effort involved in preserving the existing trees because the coppices need periodical tidying.
The owners wanted this house to be shaped as a bungalow for two occupants in order to be used as a summer residence because they spend the winter months in an inner-city penthouse.
The building has simple, clean and distinctive lines, efficient sun protection and is embellished by a large garden that adds value to the property.
