Boasting 7.351 square feet of living space, the B+B House was designed by Galeria Arquitetos and Studio MK27, and it was completed in 2014. The architects in charge of this outstanding project were Fernanda Neiva and Marcio Kogan, and they both did an exceptional job in making sure that the end result would be unique, eye-catching and up to par with the modern standards of comfort. The B+B House stands out thanks to its special entryway.

The residence is entered via an open ramp that can be found on its eastern side, and this ramp is flanked by a series of hollowed-out concrete features that provide protection from unwelcoming weather conditions while creating a superb lighting effect. The ramp was sketched out following the principles of Brazilian modernism, and its hollowed-out elements provide shading from the sun while allowing the cool breeze to pass through unhindered.

The main social area of the house comprises an open space with large sliding glass doors that connect the kitchen and the dining room. The living room flaunts an interior staircase that leads the way towards the first floor, where the private living arrangements are located.
