The Hinterland House is a welcoming 3,767-square foot abode that was completed in 2014 by Shaun Lockyer Architects. It was built using solid hardwood, a material that allows it to mimic its surroundings and become a part of nature at a certain level. Inspired in its design by Australian colonial homes but with a modern twist, the Hinterland House features a simple, highly functional design based on comfort and convenience.
Interior highlights include high quality wooden floors and furnishings as well as contemporary kitchen appliances and large windows. Outside, we find patios and covered pavilions that offer great relaxation and entertainment opportunities for all inhabitants. Its outstanding location in the middle of nature makes it a perfect permanent or holiday home.
