The gorgeous greenery offered by grasslands provides a perfect backdrop of natural terrain. To capitalize on the splendid surrounding, the house adopted the Japanese design principle, Shakkej, or borrowed view. Besides, the imagination was to capture nature to create a spectacular living.

The simplicity in architecture perceives through the clean lines and bold structural elements. Moreover, it features a series of rectilinear volumes placed in interlocking positions. The house has open walls on four sides which brings a sense of weightlessness. Also, an interesting foreplay of furniture through built-in wall dividers and bookshelves gives a modern touch to space.

An intrinsic blend of architecture, interior design, and the landscape gives a unique character to the KAP house. What makes this house utterly beautiful is the placement of the placid blue pool which peeks through the living area! The designers have meticulously spaced out areas to provide privacy and warmth both at the same time. Furthermore, the L-shaped structure houses four bedrooms and bathrooms all opening up to lush views of the green surrounding.

The material palette is significantly minimal with a predominant use of stone and timber. Therefore, the KAP house portrays an artistic use of materials. Since all the other design elements have minimum use, the effluent limestone and hardwood introduce personality to space. The master bedroom only features essential furniture and a longitudinal window running across all three walls.

The KAP house is undeniably one of the most artistically designed tropical structures. Its elements blend cohesively to curate a space that personifies nature and brings every bit of it inside.
