Purchased by Michael Jackson in 1988 for the enormous sum of $19.5 million, the Neverland Ranch was actually transformed into a Heaven on Earth by its previous owner, William Bone. It was Bone who funded the creation of the ranch’s exquisite 13,000-square foot residence and its amazing gardens. Michael added a private amusement park, a petting zoo, a train station, two railroads and a floral clock.

After Jackson passed away in 2009, many parts of the ranch sadly became neglected. Today, the property no longer boasts the petting zoo or the amusement park, but its train station is still intact. The ranch includes two lakes, a guesthouse with four bedrooms, accommodations for staff members, tennis and basketball courts, a cabana and a swimming pool. Three agents named Suzanne Perkins, Harry Kolb, and Jeffrey Hyland listed the property for no less than $100 million, which is a fitting price considering the fact that it belonged to the King of Pop.
