Designed by Canadian studio Smith Designs, these lovely interiors can be admired in a stunning penthouse that overlooks Victoria Harbour and the Olympic Mountains in British Columbia, Canada. Called 910 Project, this is the last of a series of fully furnished suites owned by a local developer. With 3,300 square feet of lavish living spaces, the apartment was privately purchased earlier this year.

The entire penthouse is chic and sophisticated, with luxurious finishes and wonderful features, such as a 360-degree custom gas fireplace in the spacious living area, flaunting a mirror-polished stainless steel finish and very complex engineering. The kitchen area is raised but still connected to the rest of the social spaces. It features stainless steel appliances, granite flooring, granite counter tops, and bar-height seating to the lower family room.

There is one bedroom to the north-east with sliding glass partitions between the sleeping area and the bathroom. When this glass wall is closed, it reflects the views and creates the impression of extra spaciousness. Another bedroom is situated to the south-west and offers sweeping sunset views towards the mountains. Both these sleeping areas feature en-suite bathrooms with double sinks and soaker tubs, plus walk-in closets for full comfort.
