The luxurious House in Pozuelo de Alarcón located in Madrid, Spain is a contemporary home projected in 2007 by A-cero Architects. It’s surrounded by curved walls made of stone dark granite and marble travertine that provides privacy and security for the owners. This exquisite home is comprised of two floors, both looking to a wide terrace with a pergola and to the garden house with a spectacular view.

The upper floor has a very wide and luminous hall provided with natural light for top skylights and the tip of the iceberg two pools of water guarded by two bronze lions. Additionally in the house we can find a kitchen, a wine vault, a dining room, a lounge, an office – library, and in the private area: the principal bedroom, a dressing-room, a bath, an interior swimming pool and small gymnasium. All the rooms are provided with wide large windows in a dark safety glass, all being motorized and computerized, among other things.

If you’re a fan of feng shui, this is the house for you, plus the garden has a relaxation area with a pond of Buddhist inspiration. All you’ve ever wanted in just one place.
