This beautiful contemporary residence was designed by archiNOW!, and it is located in Emilia-Romagna, Italy. The house is based on an older building that received a complete makeover and was transformed into a private residence.

The restoration project featured dynamic and complex design elements as well as contrasting materials such as the plaster used for the upper volumes and the Trani stone in the basement.

The house also incorporates power saving technologies that greatly reduce overall energy consumption, in addition to its very own cooling and heating systems that are powered by the solar panels installed on the roof.
