The JKC2 is a three-volume residence designed by ONG&ONG and located in Bukit Timah, Singapore. The volumes are arranged around a central courtyard, this privileged position allowing them to interact and still be viewed as independent entities.
The construction is characterized by flexibility, a characteristic that was kept in mind by the architects in order to suit a wide range of homeowners.
The building is framed into a picture that inspires warmth due to the use of fair-faced concrete, stone, mild steel, tropical wood and clear glass, through which the house connects with the nature.
