The elegant yet resilient Tsunami House was built to withstand the forces of nature while ensuring comfortable and luxurious living arrangements for its owners. The residence can be found on Camano Island in Washington State, and it was sketched out by a company called Designs Northwest Architects.

The materials used in the construction process include concrete for the columns and western red cedar for the ceilings of the lower floor. The main living area can be found on the first floor, and it comprises the living room, dining room and kitchen. The third floor boasts 198 square feet of living space, which are quite enough to accommodate a sleeping loft that ensures perfect views of the water as well as a stunning master bedroom that features sliding translucent doors.

The furnishings, carpets and décor elements were chosen with warmth and coziness in mind, flaunting a generous color palette as well as a superb selection of high-end materials. Main amenities involve flat screen TVs, fireplaces, very large windows and state-of-the-art appliances. See it all for yourself in the following images!
