There’s nothing wrong with enjoying a bit of adrenaline-pumping adventure from time to time but would you really want to take the experience home with you? Living on the side of a cliff must have its perks though, especially if we consider the unique perspective and the mesmerizing views of the ocean below.
The Cliff House is being designed by its owners and by an Australian company called Modscape. It boasts 4 floors as well as generous floor-to-ceiling windows that provide uninterrupted views of the beautiful waters and nearby cliffs. Offering no more than 3,067 square feet of living space, the abode features a modular design that is actually quite clever and practical. At the very top, there’s a garage for 2 cars, which sits directly above the kitchen. Below the kitchen there is a living room, and further down we find 3 bedrooms. The bottom level of the Cliff House includes a private terrace that flaunts a spa.
During the building process, the modular units will be fixed into the cliff face thanks to a series of reliable steel pins.
