Located within the historic MSI building in Noho, New York, USA, this superb corner loft received an extensive renovation that allowed it to meet contemporary standards of fine living without sacrificing its historical heritage. Arched floor-to-ceiling windows can now be observed within the main living space, which leads the way to an inviting 48′ great room and a kitchen that flaunts a 12′ marble island and a separate dining space.


Speaking of the kitchen, we should tell you that it is equipped with high-end Gaggneau appliances and Italian Poliform cabinetry. Built in 1898, the Manhattan Savings Institute bank building (MSI) is situated in the exclusive and ultra-chic neighborhood of NoHo. One of the city’s finest surviving examples of 19th century architecture, the MSI has been named one of the Top Ten loft buildings in New York. The site is also famous for the largest bank robbery in American history, inspiring accounts in both print and film.
