Casa LQ20 was built in Cuernavaca, Mexico by a team of architects from t3arc Architecture. On a glance, the residence impresses with an edgy, modern appearance that is complemented by a warm, cozy and welcoming interior living environment. However, since the city of Cuernavaca is known for its remarkably warm weather all year round, the residence had to be compartmentalized properly in order to ensure private and social outdoor living areas.

Consequently, Casa LQ20 flaunts 2 primary volumes, one of which is open to the east while the other one is closed to the west. Transferring between these 2 volumes is done via a concrete bridge placed above the main patio. Since the home was built using extensive concrete elements, the task of integrating it into the surrounding natural environment was not an easy one. However, the large pool of water that flanks the home as well as the natural plants that ascend on the side of the façade definitely help ensure a sense of clarity and a connection with nature.

Boasting 4,520 square feet of living space, the home benefits from ample natural illumination and is able to satisfy even the most demanding tastes as far as luxury is concerned. The master bedroom is maybe one of the most impressive areas of the abode, featuring a plethora of high-end amenities and tasteful decors.
