New Theme designed the Green Greenberg Green House located in Los Angeles, California. This gorgeous contemporary home features a futuristic façade and a modern interior decorated in whites and grays.
The spectacular views and the natural ventilation are provided by the large courtyard carved from the building. To assist the natural ventilation, a pool was strategically placed into the courtyard.
The energy for the entire house is provided by a photovoltaic canopy that floats above the roof top garden.
Among many sustainably features, this incredible work of art features a grey water system, domestic hot water, radiant heat, floor heating and an automatic Creston system.
