Who wouldn’t want to live in a spacious and luxurious residence that was built on the shores of the ocean? This stunning abode can be found within a city called Ubatuba, which is a part of São Paulo, Brazil, and it was built by a team of architects from SPBR Arquitetos. With a floor area of 3,659 square feet, the residence is spacious enough to accommodate a small family in irreproachable conditions, but the lucky owners would probably prefer to spend most of their time sunbathing and relaxing at Tenório’s Beach, which is just a stone’s throw away.

The home is supported by 3 reinforced concrete columns, and 4 steel beams are placed on top of these columns in order to ensure support for a series of thin beamless slabs. The residence was built on a sloping side, which is why its rooftop terrace can actually be found at street level. From that terrace, the owners and their guests are able to feast their eyes on magnificent panoramas and engage in numerous relaxing or entertaining activities. Moreover, the house is surrounded by trees and other forms of natural vegetation.
