This fantastic residence is located in Madrid, Spain and it was sketched out by Otto Medem de la Torriente in order to be built in 2011 by Construcciones y Reformas Vegamor. It features 350.88 square meters of living spaces divided in between three separate modules that were adapted according to the uneven topography of the land. The rooms boast large windows and beautiful decorations, providing excellent views and allowing natural light to flow through unhindered.

The three modules we mentioned earlier meet at the entry hall, from where one can access every room in the house. The dining room and the kitchen are both appointed with all the necessary modern appliances, providing access to a porch and a yard. Additionally, the living room is linked with the garden, the porch and a swimming pool thanks to a cleverly designed sliding windows system. The sleeping area is placed on the top of the ground floor and it boasts two beautiful bedrooms, while the second floor houses an office and plenty of bookshelves.
