Villa K is a contemporary project completed by Architectencsk in 2012. It is located in Alkmaar, The Netherlands and is surrounded by a natural oak forest.
The architects were told by the owners to create a luxurious residence that wouldn’t undermine the beauty of nature.
The ground level includes three bedrooms with separate bathrooms, an office, a service block, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room and two fireplaces.
On the basement you will find the technical room and the garage, a multipurpose room and also a guest area.
