The architects that were in charge of the designing process are named Magui Peredo Arenas, Salvador MacÃas Corona, Diego Torres GuÃzar and Francisco Gutiérrez Peregrina, while those responsible for the construction were Francisco Gutiérrez Peregrina and Diego Torres GuÃzar.
