Masterfully designed by CoA arquitectura and Estudio Macías Peredo, this welcoming abode was completed in 2012 and impresses with quality materials, fine finishes and luxurious living conditions. The architects that were in charge of the designing process are named Magui Peredo Arenas, Salvador Macías Corona, Diego Torres Guízar and Francisco Gutiérrez Peregrina, while those responsible for the construction were Francisco Gutiérrez Peregrina and Diego Torres Guízar.
