The Memory House at the Los Altos del Golf course is located in northern Madrid, Spain and it was completely designed by studio A-cero.

Urbanization under this form is very easy to be promoted due to all the facilities and the technology used, such as: perimeter intrusion detection security systems, closed circuit TV, control system connected to the police, smoke detection system and gases, alarm and much more.

The cubic profile of the homes shaped by natural stone and glass is contrasted by the straight lines and blueprints of the façade. Aside from the sculptural character given by the corten steel sheets, these elements also provide the separation between different houses.

All the gardens, the swimming pool and the advanced automation system were created by the same team of architects – the studio A-cero.

The interior space of the houses is flooded by natural light thanks to the large windows and the glass panels of the façade. The construction consists in three levels, two of them being connected by a spiral staircase built from steel and wood.
