The River House was built in 2014 on a picturesque site in London, England. It was sketched out by Selencky Parsons and features a contemporary and elegant exterior complemented by luxurious interiors. Outdoor highlights include a beautiful swimming pool, a crisp white patio and lounging areas that can be used for relaxation and socialization.
Inside, the dining area and kitchen are linked to the patio via sliding glass doors, which fade the limits between the interior and exterior. The dining table flaunts enough seating for 10, which makes it perfect for casual gatherings involving friends and family members. The living room also benefits from this outdoor connection, and it is flooded with natural light that contributes to an airy and welcoming ambiance.
The house spreads on three levels, out of which one is a basement level. The basement features a bedroom, a bathroom, a games room, a wine cellar and storage facilities, while the first floor includes a study, the kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, the dining area and the entryway. The second level can be reached via a staircase with floating wooden steps, and it comprises the master bedroom with its ensuite bathroom, wardrobe and dressing room.
