This productive project which is now serving as a cultural hub in Guacara, the state of Carabobo in Venezuela was completed in the year 2016. It is of about 5,920 square foot consisting of three major levels. The part of this building which has been created from shipping containers includes a coffee shop along with a cafeteria and rehearsal studio.
In addition to these, there’s also a gallery and an audiovisual lab with a multipurpose meeting space. A state program had funded this exclusive shipping container section. The other portion of this building is inclusive of a studio for recording, bathrooms, a control room, TV and an office too. There’s also a skate pizza and an urban garden for visiting purposes.
The motive for this project has been explained in terms of the need of some collective spaces in the state. As there have been some undependable and unreliable structures along with the presence of a number of large gaps in the mean area. Around 140 recycled shipping containers were modified for marketing purposes which then os now providing very reasonable housing through a tremendous apartment complex.
