The Cadence Residence was completed by a firm named Keith Baker Design on Vancouver Island, Canada, and it features a remarkable mix of contemporary and rustic elements. Its exterior design flaunts a wooden façade as well as large windows and slightly curved roofs that cover the main living areas. There is also an outdoor terrace with glass railings that allows the residents to admire the fabulous views of the surrounding natural environment.

These views can also be admired from the special lounging areas found at the rear of the abode, which faces the sea by the way. This is where we can find a special barbecue area as well as comfortable sofas and an outdoor fireplace. The kitchen and the dining areas benefit from the same views of the sea and are linked to the exterior via sliding glass doors. The dining area boasts enough seating for 8 people, while the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and facilities.

The living room features a white L-shaped sofa as well as a cozy fireplace, but we should also mention the workout area, the lavish bedrooms and the floating staircase with wooden steps that links the 2 levels of the residence.
