The Four Seasons residence is located in Peapack Gladstone Boro, New Jersey, USA, and it was initially designed by a New York-based architect named James C. Mackenzie. During the 1920s, it was the focus of an extensive renovation process that was requested by Richard Van Nest Gambrill and his wife Edith Clair. Today, this masterpiece is on the market for $13.5 million, which is a bargain considering its spaciousness and luxuriousness.

The property includes 62 acres of land and beautiful gardens, lighted tennis courts, a brick greenhouse, a heated swimming pool, a three-bedroom guesthouse and a 16-stall brick stable complex. The estate’s name as inspired by four stone busts that were created by American sculptor Edmond Romulus Amateis. Private living arrangements comprise nine bathrooms and five bedrooms, while the formal living areas include a banquet-sized dining hall. The four levels of the house are linked by an elevator, which is always a welcomed addition.
