Designed by a team of talented architects from WMR Arquitectos, the Puccio House can be found in Matanzas, Navidad, Chile, and it was completed in 2012. The residence covers 1,614 square feet of space and was constructed using wood, a material that strengthens its connection with the surrounding natural environment. The home was built on the rim of a cliff that offers breathtaking 360-degree views of the Pacific Ocean.
The architects wanted to create the Puccio House using local materials and local workforce exclusively. They aimed to give the owners a great chance to admire the serene views of the ocean while enjoying utmost comfort.
The abode features a few terraces that were all placed within the same timber volume. The main living areas are located on the ground floor, while the private spaces such as the bedrooms are found on the second floor.
