This stunning villa can be found in the Balearic Islands, Spain, and it was designed by Atlant del Vent in 2011. Due to its premium location in one of the most picturesque regions of Spain, the residence flaunts breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, and it represents a masterpiece of contemporary architecture and tasteful design.

The home’s exterior impresses with crisp white walls, decently sized windows and a covered terrace at the second floor. Inside, we find a cold, minimalistic design that involves shades of gray and white that are balanced out by a few wooden furniture pieces and patterned carpets.

The kitchen boasts state-of-the-art appliances as well as a wooden dining table that can seat up to 8 people. The bedrooms feature plush beds and give off an allure of coziness, intimacy and cleanliness. Since the upper floor terrace that we mentioned before is partially covered, the owners can relax and take in the sun on a separate patio that features a series of comfortable lounging chairs.
