Designed by Pioneer Log Homes of British Columbia, Eagles Landing is an elegant and rustic home that was built in 2008 in Colorado, United States. It costs $7,9 million and sits on a 3.26-acre lot in the middle of nature, just a stone’s throw away from a tranquil river. Accommodations consist of seven full bathrooms, three half ones and seven bedrooms, all included in the total of 17,156 square feet of available living space.

Named Eagles Landing, the residence is an architectural jewel that was put together using logs, hence its rustic appearance. The main highlight comes in the form of a main floor master suite that flaunts a stunning bathroom, custom built-ins, a large stone fireplace and a pair of walk-in closets.

There’s also a recreation area that features a similar fireplace, a library, a den, a home theater and a gourmet kitchen that’s equipped with modern appliances. The interior temperature is monitored and adjusted accordingly using a climate control system. Last but not least, we should also mention the breakfast area, formal dining area, mud room, wine storage and state-of-the-art sound system.
This fabulous, unique house has no equal in Colorado.
